Are you ready to tackle some of the most complex challenges in AI and software engineering? In this position, you'll be working alongside a global research team dedicated to advancing AI-powered software solutions and making a significant impact on the industry.
Working arrangements are flexible, with the rest of the team heading in to the office once or twice a week. Remote work isn't available, but some arrangements can be made on an ad hoc basis.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct pioneering research in LLM-Augmented Software Engineering, with a focus on automation and software transformation.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions for software modernization and AI system development.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to create cutting-edge technologies for the generative AI era.
- Publish high-impact research in top conferences and journals.
- Explore future business opportunities by proposing novel research topics and strategies.
- Mentor interns and junior researchers to cultivate a learning-focused and innovative environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field with strong research credentials.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and more specifically LLM and RAG technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and development skills with Docker, Linux, GPUs, and cloud services.
- Experience in collaborative research projects with real-world impact.
