Senior Researcher/Analyst Market Research Flexible hybrid in Winchester (2 days) £40,000 base an impressive company profit share scheme The Company: Harnham have exclusively partnered with a specialist market research agency in consumer-facing businesses, working with some of the biggest retailers and manufacturers across the globe. They craft and conduct all the quantitative and qualitative research their clients need to stay at the top of their game. The Role: As a Senior Researcher/Research Manager you will be responsible for the following; Work independently, yet learn from senior Research Directors on all projects Take ownership for clients and projects with ‘hands-on’ responsibility from day one Help nurture and grow existing client relationships Be involved with every stage of the research process, from: Receiving client briefs, brainstorming a response, writing research proposals, designing projects, using Qualitative- methods and scripting your own surveys using Qualtrics Skills and Experience: Ideally a Senior Research Executive ready to take your next step or an established Research Manager seeking to stretch your career, with experience gained in either an agency or similar commercial Market Research environment. Able to demonstrate proven experience in a variety of different quantitative research methodologies; both online and face-to-face. An understanding of qualitative research techniques (and mixed-method research). Attitudinally ‘hands-on’ with an interest in taking responsibility and ownership of scripting your own surveys and setting up your own data analysis tabulations. Keen to explore new ideas and face challenges head on, approaching every client brief with an open mind and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of tools such as Q or qualtrics Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and able to work to multiple competing deadlines, with great attention to detail and excellent project management skills. A confident communicator with strong communication skills (both verbally and written) and a solid numerical and analytical background.
