 TheBusiness Department at City College Norwich and Paston Collegeoffers courses to 16–19-year-old students across Level 1, 2 and 3including the new T Level in Management & Administration andthe T Level Foundation Programme. The department is flourishing,and we are seeking to increase the delivery team to contribute tothe further development of thedepartment.

 We are looking for awell-qualified, experienced, and inspirational lecturer to join ourbusiness teaching team and to support the delivery of all ourcourses.

 The successful applicant willbring their teaching experience and contribute enthusiastically tothe planning, delivery and assessment of our courses. You will beable to deliver high quality planned sessions to students which areactive and engaging. You should also be able to provide high levelsof challenge and support progress through ongoing feedback toensure that students can achieve their full potential and highgrades.

 In addition to the planning andteaching of our business courses, the successful applicant will usetheir professional skills and industrial experiences to support ourbusiness students with developing their employability andtransferable soft skills they will need to progress onto theirchosen FE Course, employment route, apprenticeship or universitycourse.
