About the Role As a Researcher, you'll develop and deliver solutions for Social Value measurement, monetisation, and analysis. Working in a dynamic team, you'll apply strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Social Value principles to create meaningful insights and practical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and innovate the Global TOM System, including sectoral and geographical adaptations.

· Design tailored solutions for international clients to measure and manage Social Value.

· Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, interviews, and case studies.

· Produce Social Value monetisation models and analysis.

· Interpret data using qualitative and quantitative techniques to deliver actionable insights.

· Deliver training on Social Value principles to internal and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate with research organisations and contribute to thought leadership.

What We're Looking For:

· A PhD or Master's degree with strong analytical skills, seeking to apply academic learnings in a corporate setting.

· Proven understanding of Social Value principles and methodologies, such as SROI (Social Return on Investment).

· Project management and data analysis experience.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.

· A passion for innovation, independent research, and client-facing collaboration.
