Experience:
- Designing and executing user tests tailored to government workflows.

- Working with developers to implement user-focused improvements based on research outcomes.
Industry/Type of business:
Remote working: 1-2 days a week in London office
Interview process: 2 stages
Working on: Conducting comprehensive user research and efficacy testing to gather actionable insights for the frontend design and overall user experience. The primary focus is on testing internal processes to collect quantitative data that will drive frontend improvements by April. Collaborating closely with technical teams to translate findings into meaningful enhancements, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface.
Skills Being Applied: Expertise in government processes, quantitative research methods, and user experience design.
Public sector/government experience is necessary for this role.
