Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience and comfort with product-focused user research methods.
- Proven ability to conduct in-depth interviews with users via video conference.
- Experience in remote usability testing and design feedback sessions with users.
- Ability to synthesise qualitative data and translate it into actionable insights for design teams*.
- Prior experience working as a user researcher in a software company or tech company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews and observation studies, to gather valuable insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings drive impactful design decisions.
- Utilise remote usability testing methods to evaluate product usability and gather user feedback.
- Analyse qualitative data to identify patterns, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
