Are you a skilled and passionate User Experience Researcher looking for a new opportunity that will allow you to make a real impact? Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to join their team. As the Senior User Experience Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of their products and services.
What you'll need:
- A BA/BS degree in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience conducting semi-structured interviews, contextual field visits, and usability studies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
What you'll do:
- Apply your knowledge of the overall product development process to identify issues and considerations for delivering a high-quality product
- Influence and inspire stakeholders by crafting compelling stories using data and insights
- Analyse situations and problems from a holistic perspective, considering system-level factors and conducting research to enhance the user experience
- Adapt UX research methods to various user interfaces and platforms
- Think strategically about users' needs, motivations, and pain points and apply this understanding to design and improve user interfaces and systems
- Prioritise ethics in user research and ensure a user-centric focus
- Utilise your knowledge of how people use and interact with technology to inform the design and evaluation of interactive hardware and software systems
- Manage the full research lifecycle, from planning to execution to communicating insights and impacting product and business direction
