A distribution company is seeking a UX Researcher to join their e-commerce team!
THE ROLE
This role will focus on gathering insights and analytics to help inform design, analysing user research activities to gain a better understanding of customer needs. You will design, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies, and create journey maps to share insights across teams.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong background in UX Research
- Experienced AB testing
- GA4 experience is nice to have
- Strong communication skills
