Salary: £16.59 - £24.00 per hour plus holiday pay (dependant on skills, qualifications and experience)

VHL Lecturer in Maths - Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging, inspiring, and inclusive lessons to students at varying levels, including functional skills and GCSE.

• Assessing, supporting, and motivating learners to achieve their full potential.

• Creating and adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of a diverse group of students.

• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

VHL Lecturer in Maths - You:

Qualification: A relevant degree and/or teaching qualification in Mathematics.

Experience: Previous experience teaching Maths, ideally within further education or adult learning environments.

Passion: A passion for helping students succeed and a strong understanding of different teaching methods.

Flexibility: The ability to adapt teaching styles and hours to suit student needs, with a willingness to teach a variety of courses and levels.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and connect with learners of all backgrounds.
