Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our Slough & Langley College team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
Lecturer in Health and Social Care
The Lecturer in Health and Social Care at Slough & Langley College is tasked with delivering high-quality education and ensuring effective learning in Health and Social Care. Part of their area of responsibility will be delivering T Levels. Reporting directly to the Curriculum Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for utilizing the college's resources efficiently and effectively to foster student progression and successful course completion.
Key responsibilities include teaching science-based subjects specific to T Levels in Health, regular assessment, and internal verification of student assignments, maintaining discipline, and contributing to curriculum development. The lecturer will also coordinate courses, develop professional links with industry, and stay updated on relevant educational advancements. Additionally, the role may require remote work and involves adherence to the college's policies on risk management, diversity, equality, safeguarding, and data protection.
