Limagrain
Limagrain draws its strength from its co-operative roots.
The Co-operative has the responsibility to provide an efficient and sustainable extension of its members' farms.
The co-operative spirit extends to scientific, industrial and commercial partnerships. This governance remains unprecedented among leading international seed companies.

Unlike purely financial companies, the co-op members are simultaneously suppliers, customers and shareholders. They are not anonymous shareholders. The vision is regularly shared between them, and in particular when the annual strategic plan is set out. The Chairman and the CEO work in a tandem which proposes the main orientations for the Group. This combination of elected Director and salaried CEO is reproduced in each of the Boards of the subsidiaries. Since 1999, the Top Executives, whatever their country of origin and their status, have participated in the Co-operative's capital stock alongside the farmer members.
