Process Coordinator Support Teams University Library
Our goal: We are looking for a colleague who is well organised, confident in leading and facilitating meetings, and strong in communication. You create a safe and open working environment in which teams can collaborate effectively and continuously improve.
Your colleagues: You help ensure that the maintenance and innovation processes of key systems within the University Library’s services run smoothly. You support several teams by helping them remove impediments and resolve potential obstacles or conflicts. You facilitate team meetings and support Product Owners in effective Product Backlog management.
What you do
In this role, you will:
• prepare and schedule meetings, focusing on process, progress and meeting effectiveness;
• facilitate the optimal use and configuration of Agile tools and instruments;
• stimulate team self organisation and promote transparent communication and effective collaboration;
• contribute to stakeholder management and support planning activities where needed.

In addition, you have:
• HBO level of working and thinking;
• at least 3 years of experience with IT applications and tools;
• hands on experience with Jira;
• experience working with Agile/Scrum;
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification is considered an advantage;
• excellent command of both Dutch and English (C1 level).
What we offer
At Maastricht University, you’ll work in an international, open, and engaged environment. We offer:
- A 12-month contract (0,8 fte) with the prospect of a permanent contract based on mutual satisfaction. OR A 12-month contract (0,8 fte) with the prospect of a XX year extension.
- A gross monthly salary between €3546,00and €5538,00 (based on full-time employment of 38 hours per week). 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% year-end bonus.
- 29 vacation days (based on full-time), four additional days off (Carnival Monday and Tuesday, Good Friday, and Liberation Day), and the possibility to accrue up to 12 extra days through compensation hours.
- Flexible working hours, a home office allowance, and the option to work from home.
