This Tech & AI enabled agency has created a dynamic platform and data products to enable a range of clients to acquire powerful data about what we think and do as consumers and citizens. They are on a mission to close the knowledge gap on public opinion and offer clients deep insight at the speed of software.


Their superstar full service research team is the cornerstone of achieving this and they are looking to expand the team. With initial success within polling/voting intentions they have rolled out their offer and are making waves in the commercial space as well as having an ongoing presence with public and not-for-profit sector clients.


The Analytics Research Manager has the opportunity to propel the analytics capabilities of the research team. You will get to lead modelling for a variety of clients and sectors by owning the analytics workstreams including segmentation analysis, factor reduction, multi-level regressions. Setting best practice and standards and processes for analytics you will take responsibility for automating common analytical tasks, particularly for trackers and long-running client projects as well as independently running end-to-end research and insights projects (quant focused but some mixed methods).


We seek a minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience gained within market or social research in particular survey data, statistical analysis, ability to run exploratory data analysis, deep understanding of working with survey data, including wrangling, merging, cleaning and weighting and exposure to publicly available data sets. Strong proficiency in R or Python for analysis and visualisation is essential.
