Reporting directly to the Head of the Finance Department, thecandidate will be a member of the De Vinci Research Center (DVRC)within the Leonard de Vinci Cluster and will teach in the FinancialEngineering major. They must have demonstrated their abilities as ateacher-researcher, particularly by publishing in leadinginternational peer-reviewed journals in quantitative finance,computational finance, and machine learning applied to finance.Therefore, your responsibilities include:* Teaching :- Delivering lectures- Supervising student projects and internships- Providing academic guidance to students- Advising students* Research :- Initiating/continuing research collaborations with DVRCmembers and/or external partners- Publishing articles in top-tier international scientificjournals with peer review in the aforementioned fields- Presenting research findings within the laboratory,externally at seminars, conferences, and symposiums- Participating in the pursuit of funded research projects- Engaging in DVRC activities (seminars, meetings)* External Relations and Cooperation with Support Services :- Involvement in ESILV's promotional campaigns targetingyoung individuals and families (Open House Days, exhibitions,forums, conferences, press...)- Serving as a jury member for various school recruitmentcompetitions- Contributing to the development of collaborations inteaching and/or research.

You are a professional with in-depth knowledge in the fields ofprobability mathematics, higher education, and the economiclandscape and professions.In the realm of probability mathematics, you possessexpertise in analyzing and modeling complex phenomena, such asprobability and statistics, which are crucial for making informeddecisions across various domains. Your experience in highereducation has enabled you to understand students' needs and applyeffective pedagogical methods to enhance their learning.Additionally, you have an extensive understanding of the economiclandscape and the various professions within it, allowing you todevelop strategies tailored to the specific requirements of eachsector.You are capable of designing educational programs andimplementing effective pedagogical methods to facilitate learningand skill development. Your proficiency in English at an advancedlevel (year 4 English course) enables you to work effectively in aninternational context and communicate with colleagues and partnerson a global scale. Furthermore, you possess advanced skills inusing office tools like Microsoft Office, enabling you to organizeand present information clearly and professionally.
