Position to be filled on a permanent basis

The Management department at KEDGE consists of professors from diverse professional and geographical backgrounds.

KEDGE Business school invites applications for following full-time Faculty position:

Associate professor in Management International / HR / Organisational Behaviour 

Responsabilities :

  • Teaching and educational development (undergraduate, graduate and post graduate level);
  • Publication in academic and professional journals;
  • Research Projects with companies or international institutions;
  • Participation in national and international calls for projects;
  • Student supervision and coaching.

Profile and skills required :

  • PhD or equivalent;
  • Teaching experience related to Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour and Management International
  • Publication in the areas of Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour and Management International 
  • Ability to teach generalist courses in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour and Management International 
  • Ability to teach courses in French and English

Compensations and benefits:

Permanent contract/ Full time

Status: Executive

Salary: to be negotiated /over 13 months / Bonuses (research, executive education, extra hours, etc.)

Paid leaves 35 days per year + 15 executive paid leaves per year
