We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare and Early Years Education lecturer to join our educational team. This is a hourly paid lecturer position until July 2025. The successful candidate will have a background within the sector and extensive experience in child development. This role involves delivering Levels 1- 3, as well as T-Levels for Early Years.

  • Teach T-Level Health programs with a focus on Early Years.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Stay current with developments in sector to ensure relevant and up-to-date instruction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve educational outcomes and support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Previous teaching experience, preferably in a similar educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
