This is a new role in their customer success function where youll be hands on in analysing qualitative and quantitative data.Your Responsibilities:The Customer Success Research Manager Will Have The Following Responsibilities:Deliver insights to customers and act as the key point of contact for day to day queriesAnalyse data pulled from clients, both qualitative and quantitativeDevelop routine reports for clientsDevelop and manage customer relationshipsAct as the voice of the product and ambassador of the brand, helping with road mapping and data analysisWork with internal AI powered toolsYour Skills And ExperienceThe ideal Customer Success Manager will have:Strong background working with market researchExperience working with both qual and quant market research experienceGreat communicatorExperience working for a research platform beneficialThe Benefits:A salary up to £60kCommission schemeHybrid workingPensionOther great benefits
