Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Electrical Lecturer to join one of our North Lincolnshire based clients on a full time, permanent basis
Daily duties of the Electrical Lecturer:
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching sessions, covering a range of electrical installation topics, to students of varying abilities
- Develop and update curriculum materials, ensuring they meet industry standards and promote a comprehensive learning experience
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress, using a variety of assessment methods to gauge their understanding and skill development.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, fostering positive student engagement and promoting their personal and professional growth
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and prepares students for the evolving field of electrical installations
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance the learning experience through guest lectures, industry placements, and relevant projects
