Entry Level Research Associate - Biotech

Proclinical is seeking a motivated and intellectually curious Research Intern to join a dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into the forefront of healthy aging research. You will be responsible for monitoring and summarising the latest developments in these fields from various sources, including scientific papers, databases, podcasts, and other relevant media. Your insights and summaries will support our leadership team in making informed decisions by contextualising the landscape of the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Read, synthesize, and critically assess key findings from scientific papers and articles related to healthspan and longevity.
  • Identify best practices and novel interventions for improving healthspan and promoting longevity based on scientific evidence.
  • Watch and analyze podcasts, webinars and other media focused on areas of scientific interest to the company.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research, trends, and breakthroughs in the field.
  • Prepare concise and informative summaries and reports for the leadership team.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss your findings and insights.

    • Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A current undergraduate or recent graduate in a related degree (e.g., Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, Life Sciences, or similar).
  • Strong interest in anti-aging and healthy longevity research.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in researching, reading and interpreting scientific literature using relevant search engines and databases e.g. google scholar, pubmed, etc.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
