About the Role:
As an ESOL Lecturer, you will:
- Deliver engaging and accessible lessons in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
- Support students at varying proficiency levels in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment to inspire confidence in language learning.
- Assess learner progress and provide tailored feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively to deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
What We're Looking For:
- A teaching qualification such as ESOL, TEFL, or DTLLS.
- Experience teaching ESOL learners in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students' growth and development.
- The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of learners with diverse abilities.
- Full right to work in the UK.
