The Company – Executive Researcher

Working within the Financial Services, you will specialise within Hedge Funds and source the best C-suite talent for your clients. You will work closely with your senior team to deliver a longlist of potential candidates to approach.

You will create market reports and keep the team updated on any trends and predictions.

The business is global, and focuses on the FS market within New York, Chicago, Germany, and Singapore most closely. This offers the best exposure to top firms in the industry, as well as the opportunity to travel for work.

The Benefits – Executive Researcher

£32k base salary, rising to £35k after 6 month probation

Quarterly bonus for hitting targets, with an OTE of £45k

Working closely with your senior team

Sitting in on briefs with your clients

Mapping the financial market and knowing the top players in the market

Headhunting candidates and interviewing them

Creating a longlist with your clients and working closely with your client to create a shortlist

Preparing candidates for interviews

Creating reports on market trends

Following leads

Creating your own online brand

The Ideal Candidate – Executive Researcher

Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline

Any previous research experience or commercial work is desirable

Hardworking

Team player
