We have partnered with some of the leading British and International businesses and institutions, supporting them through times of dramatic change and transformation. As a result, we are currently looking to grow our private sector research team.
We are looking for a highly motivated, confident experienced Tech Executive Search Researcher with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience to support our Private Sector Tech practice team. Research underpins everything that we do and a high-level of rigour, care and attention to detail is paramount. From desk research, networking, and headhunting to market mapping, salary benchmarking and insight projects, the work is remarkably varied. Our projects are often complex challenges that require creative thinking, broad problem-solving skills and determination. You will therefore need to be naturally curious, detail oriented and will enjoy working at pace.
The successful candidate will be supported with an ongoing training programme to help you develop your expertise in this area and to develop your own sector specialism.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Executive Search Tech Research experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic and passion for research subject
- Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills
