At Nescot, we are recruiting for lecturer in Functional Skills English to join our apprenticeships team.
Fixed Term until 31/7/25
What we are looking for:
Recent and relevant experience in teaching Functional Skills English
Relevant or transferable skills to be able to teach
Experience of various teaching of English qualifications, and have the enthusiasm and initiative to give our students the very best learning experience
Duties/responsibilities:
Deliver Functional Skills English 6 hours per week, through online sessions
Prepare the apprentice for examination, through preparation of learning materials for on line delivery
Prepare learning materials in varied formats
Promote learner welfare

Nescot is graded Good by Ofstedfollowing its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects.
