Responsibilities:

Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Job Responsibilities:

●Develop efficient and reliable game AI solutions based on actual business requirements, explore the application and implementation of deep learning/reinforcement learning technology in game AI, including:

○Multi-Agent Reinforcement learning: train reinforcement AI agents in competitive or cooperative games, design new algorithms to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-agent learning;

○Imitation Learning: train imitation learning AI agents with different styles using human gameplay data;

○GAIL: train reinforcement learning AI agents in games with limited human gameplay data as support, design algorithms to improve strength and humanization of the agent.

●Follow the latest research publication in academia or industry and have an efficient implementation.

●Communicate with other groups within our organization, explore pioneer game AI design techniques and generation approaches to improve end players' game experience.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

●PhD degree in computer science, operations research, mathematics, or related fields.

●Distinguished work (including but not limited to published papers, industrial projects, etc.) in related fields, and experience in both game AI and reinforcement learning.

●Experience in the following deep reinforcement learning fields: Model-Free RL, Imitation Learning and Inverse Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Agent Learning, Exploration, Transfer and Multitask RL, Hierarchy RL.

●Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with deep learning platforms such as TensorFlow, Caffe, PyTorch, etc.

●Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, passionate about solving challenging problems.

●Positive stress tolerance ability; good understanding of business intentions.

Preferred:

●Experience with LLM based agents.

●Applicants with strong research ability and publications in top AI conferences (NIPS, IJCAI, AAAI, ICML, ICLR, etc.).

●Passionate about the gaming industry, experience in game AI.

●Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
