The Role:
Attend the initial client meeting to understand the role requirements, company culture and expectations for the search Work with senior team members to establish the scope of a search, utilising a variety of databases to build a map of relevant sectors and companies Speak to market sources to collect relevant diligence on companies and potential candidates Make first contact with prospective candidates, understand their relevancy for a role and engage them in the process by advising them on how the opportunity aligns with their career goals Why Them?
