Role Overview
Within the Residential Research team, our work continues to be in high demand and we have an opportunity for a graduate or someone in the early stages of their career to join the team. This is a permanent role based in our central London HQ.
We provide research and consultancy on residential property to both internal and external clients. This involves using data analysis to help our clients formulate strategy and make decisions.Our clients come from across the whole spectrum of UK residential property. They include some of the largest developers, investors and housing associations in the country, as well as national and local government.We also write market leading research publications. These provide our clients with market intelligence and insightful analysis. They often feature in national newspapers, such as the Financial Times, The Times and The Telegraph and on broadcast media.
