Harnham are very excited to be partnering with a quickly growing Research Consultancy specialising in collecting consumer opinion.
THE COMPANY
This position offers a chance to join a research firm that has made noise in the research market, having won several client projects worth millions of pounds. The company currently has around 50 employees and fosters a very tech-based environment. Their software provides clients with insight into consumer opinions and assists in providing strategy solutions.
THE ROLE
As a Data Research Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the analytic work-streams on various projects. The position will include:
- Managing data analytics including segmentation analysis, multi-level regression modelling, and factor reduction
- Establishing best practices for analytic processes
- Automating common analytic tasks
- Running research and insights projects independently
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Some of the following skills and experience would be ideal, however they are open, and candidates don't need to tick every box:
- 3 years or more of experience in analytics and/or survey data research
- Familiarity with running several types of statistical analysis (mixed-effect regression, segmentation, cluster analysis, etc.)
- Able to creatively run exploratory analysis
- Strong history of analysing survey data
- Strong R or Python skills
- Strong knowledge of the market research project life cycle
The Process
- 1st stage- Review background and cover motivations with talent team
- 2nd stage- Interview with the head of research and several stakeholders
- Final stage- Values-focused interview with the COO
