Start Date: August 2024 (Ready for the New Academic Year 2024/2025)
Hours: 3-4 days per week dependent on enrollment
Salary: £27,750 - £35033 (dependent on qualifiations/experience)
Are you passionate about Health and Social Care and ready to inspire the next generation of professionals? We are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team at Stamford college.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Health and Social Care courses to students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support and guide students in both theoretical and practical aspects of Health and Social Care.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of the Health and Social Care program.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area.
- English and Maths at Level 2 or higher.
- Desirable:
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
