Innovation Project Owner - PhD Graduate F/ M/ X
Job description
By integrating the Mantu R&D department , you will be part of a young, ambitious, and diverse global team and you will have the following missions:
- Participate in the improvement of the research program and the creation of projects
- Conduct the project management with all the project’s contributors and stakeholders
- Oversee the development and execution of the roadmap, resource allocation, quality of the deliverables, and management of the risks.
- Coordinate and participate in state-of-the-art studies
- Work on the identification of the scientific limitation and research axis
- Participate in the development of proofs of concept, MVP, and more
- Use the dedicated project management and monitoring tools
- Lead the development of project reports, blogs, and scientific publications
- Support business developers in the commercialization of the research & project outcomes.
- Identify public projects linked to the research projects
- Identify potential partners for consortiums
Profile Requirement:
You are a recent PhD graduate in topics related to computer science, telecom, or networks, Human Resources, Social Science or Environment.
Passionate about the IT field, you have a good knowledge of some technologies, including software engineering (database, data pipeline, back end, API, web applications), and machine learning (NLP, computer vision, data science). You are familiar with ERP (SAP, SAGE) and BI (ETL, reporting) as well.
You are fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
You are an organized and rigorous person, proactive and bold.
Finding solutions quickly and suggesting areas for improvement are the main part of your daily work.
You have strong communication skills, being able to interact with various profiles (users, clients, developers, etc.)
