They are seeking a bright, forward-thinking graduate to join the team as a Junior Researcher. This role is ideal for someone hungry to learn, naturally curious, and who wants to progress their career.
Responsibilities:
- Identification of potential target companies and individuals across multiple consumer industries.
- Database management: ensuring information is regularly updated and accurately maintained along with utilising data to assist in searches and reports.
- Preparing accurate client report summaries and presentation documents including Assignment Briefs, Long Lists, Shortlist Profiles, and Search Overviews.
- Conducting research and compiling relevant documents for candidates to ensure they are fully informed ahead of interviews.
- Assisting with business development activity providing detailed information on companies and individuals.
- Keeping abreast of market movements and building industry knowledge, maintaining a high level of research activity capturing market and people intelligence.
- Analysing industry news on a daily basis to circulate internally.
