About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Lecturer in Electrical Installations to deliver high-quality teaching and practical skills to learners. You will be responsible for guiding students through their learning journey, preparing them for successful careers in the electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and assess students in Electrical Installations up to Level 4.
- Deliver practical sessions and theoretical lessons, ensuring all learners are supported.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards during all practical activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through internal moderation and knowledge of awarding body procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the administration of quality assurance systems.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree-level qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths, and ITQ (or willingness to work towards them).
- Industry experience in the electrical field and recent teaching experience in Further Education.
- Experience delivering practical and theoretical lessons at various levels.
