Description
We are looking for a part time (0.5) ESOL Lecturer to work in Hopwood Hall Colleges ever-growing and highly successful ESOL provision which includes courses for adults and 16-18s at all levels. Courses range from pre-entry level to level 2, including college-based qualifications.
- You will be an innovative, flexible and enthusiastic ESOL specialist teacher who will bring out the best in our ESOL students.
- You will work effectively as a member of the ESOL team, liaising with Programme Manager and all colleagues in the college to support the learners skills, knowledge and behaviours.
- You will be able to teach across the range of levels.
- You will have a specialist qualification and successful experience of teaching ESOL.
- You will have knowledge of working in FE.
- You will have knowledge of ESOL assessments including assessing and IQA.
- You will work with integrity, be nurturing, be fun, be ambitious and work to create a sustainable college.
- To teach on a wide range of full and part-time courses, in line with the college and curriculum area specifications.
- To contribute to the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the curriculum in the school.
