Salary: Total Overall package of up to £57,440 in year 1 as follows:Salary - £30,000 - £40,000
Employer Pension Contributions up to £11,440
Golden Hello Payment: upto £5,000 OR
DfE bursary of upto £6,000 (if in 1st 5 years of teaching - subject to terms & conditions)
Holiday: 52 Days per year (Inclusive of Bank hol and Christmas
closure)
In November 2019 Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) became the first further education provider in England to achieve outstanding grades in every area of Ofsted's recently reformed Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
