Lecturer in Clinical Pharmacy
School of Pharmacy is seeking an individual to join our team of expert researchers and educators to drive our focus on innovative teaching to shape the development of the prescribing pharmacists of the future. We offer an exciting opportunity for a practicing pharmacist working within the community pharmacy setting to join the Pharmacy Practice team.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about preparing high quality and innovative teaching and supporting placement activity. They will be encouraged to build upon this excellence in the development and delivery of clinical education and training, including prescribing.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable knowledge and skills and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the team to support, deliver and organise a range of teaching and learning activities and assessments. There will be the opportunities to take leadership and academic administrative roles and to undertake appropriate professional development.
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate an enthusiasm for cross-discipline working, are actively working within the community pharmacy setting, and that you share our passion for the promotion of equality of opportunity and support for diversity and inclusion.
