Lecturer in Counselling
Lecturer in Counselling (0.8 FTE)
£26,393 to £39,819 pro-rata, per annum. Plus Market Premium of £3,000 pro-rata, per annum which will be reviewed annually.
The market premium will be payable to successful candidates who have 12 months teaching experience in counselling based subjects (excluding experience gained during your teaching qualification), three years’ experience in a counselling role and a Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
Hours: Up to 29.6 hours per week / 52 weeks per year (0.8 FTE)

The RoleWe are looking to enhance our team of Counselling lecturers who teach on our highly successful and popular Counselling courses you will deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment at undergraduate level across the FdA and BA (hons) Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy programmes at the University Centre. Supporting students completing these programmes, as well as being flexible and willing to teach on other programmes within the school.
