Our client, a well-established college in Cambridge, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Early Years to join their dynamic team. As a Lecturer in Early Years, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of Early Years qualifications, ensuring that students develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in their careers. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and supporting their development both academically and personally.

Has a strong passion for Early Years education and a desire to inspire others.
Holds a relevant teaching qualification (such as a PGCE or CertEd) and experience in teaching Early Years or a related field.

Has experience in delivering high-quality lessons and assessments.
