We are seeking adynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Lecturerin Engineering. This full-time position combines two excitingroles: delivering on the T-Level Mechatronics course and teachingand assessing the next generation of EngineeringApprentices.

Role Overview:

Youwill be responsiblefor:

 -       Deliveringhigh-quality instruction on the T-Level Mechatronicscourse.

-       Teachingand assessing apprentices in areas such as Mechatronics,Electronics, Robotics, Control Systems, andPLCs.

-       Sharingyour industry expertise to inspire and support students to achievetheir full potential.

We are seeking a candidatewith a passion for the Engineering industry who is highly motivatedand eager to support the development of future engineers.

You should be:

A confidentcommunicator with strong people skills who can relate well tostudents and build relationships quickly. Enthusiastic abouteducation and committed to helping others learn andgrow. Organised, self-reliant, and competent inIT.

You shouldhave:

 -       Aminimum of 3 years’ work experience in the Engineeringsector.

-       ALevel 3 Engineering Qualification orabove.

-       Competencyin Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Control Systems, andPLCs.

-       Ideally,experience with teaching, assessing, and IQA. However, if you don’thave a teaching qualification, we will provide full training andqualifications to support your development into a confidentlecturer.
