Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver BTEC Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications.
- Ensure the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment within the program area.
- Manage learner journeys, support IQA arrangements, and meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with awarding organizations and lead on EV/SV visits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and 1-2 years of experience in the care industry.
- Desirable: Level 3 in teacher training or assessor qualification.
