We havea part time vacancy within our Plumbing and Domestic Heating Teamand are looking for someone who has up to date industry skill (min5 years) and at least a level 3 qualification. This is an idealopportunity to instil best practise and have an influence onshaping the next generation of Plumbing and Domestic Heating, Gasand Renewables Technicians entering theindustry.

In this role, you could be deliveringpractical and theory sessions to groups of apprentices or engagingwith learners and employers to conduct periodic reviews and assesscompetence in the workplace. You will need a strong technicalskillset as well as excellent interpersonal skills. We have highstandards for our students, and you will be tracking, recordingwork and assessments so you will need to be well organised andefficient as well as a confident user of IT. If you have beenworking in an environment where you are used to giving feedbackconstructively and setting challenging but realistic targets, thatwould be beneficial when applying for theseroles.

Ideally, you will have teachingqualifications, however, we would love to hear from you if you havethe appropriate industry skills and experience (five yearsminimum), great communication skills (written and verbal) and thepatience and passion to help others learn, develop andprogress.
