Responsibilities

Lecturer in Sport & Uniformed Public Services will include: Contributing to the development and delivery of all our Sport an Uniformed Public Services courses Contributing to high-quality learning experiences using a variety of teaching and learning methods based on current best available practice Creating an outstanding student experience which leads to progression or employment Providing academic and pastoral support to students in accordance with agreed procedures Participating in the Colleges appraisal process and to undertake any training that may be appropriate As our Lecturer in Sport & Uniformed Public Services , youll ideally have:
Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths Teaching Qualification or willingness to achieve within 2 years. Minimum Level 3 or Graduate (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area such as level 3 BTEC Sports or Uniformed Public Services Experience facilitating learning for students in Further or Higher Education or an appropriate workplace setting, for example school Current evidence-based practice in Uniformed Public Services and Sports & Fitness Knowledge of issues relating to equal opportunities and cultural diversity Benefits:
