Salary: £27,347 - £38,101 per annum, Academic Pay Grade 4 - 13 (dependant on skills, qualifications, and experience)

Lecturer in Travel & Tourism - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum content in travel and tourism subjects.
- Foster a stimulating learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students to ensure their holistic development.
- Contribute to the design and assessment of course modules, ensuring alignment with industry standards and educational goals.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other college-wide initiatives.
Lecturer in Travel & Tourism - You
The ideal candidate will hold:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in higher education or vocational training settings preferred.
- A teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).
- Industry experience and/or recognised professional qualifications would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Enthusiasm for innovation in teaching methods and curriculum development.
