LECTURER - MEDIA (Lewes)
Description
Part time, 15 hours per week, permanent post to start in August 2024.
Up to £39,808 p.a. pro rata.
We require an enthusiastic, well-qualified and experienced professional to join our committed Media team at the Lewes campus.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach on our Creative Digital Media courses, including T-level Broadcast & Production and L2 & L3 Creative Digital Media.
You will be working with young people on a range of skills, covering video streaming and broadcasting, editing and production, photography, and design while giving your insight into the media industry.
Excellent communication and organisational skills should be matched with a proven track record of high-quality teaching.
The T level is a new course that requires both preparation for exams and work placements and you would be responsible for both of these outcomes.
Applicants should have a relevant degree or equivalent, a teaching qualification, post-qualification experience (desirable) and a student-centred approach to teaching and learning.
