Lecturer of Computing
Meridian Business Supporting are working on behalf of a state-of-the-art College based in Merseyside. They are looking for a Lecturer of Computing to deliver stimulating and interesting lecturers to their students.
Role: Lecturer of Computing
Salary: £9,218.40 to £14,150.40per year
Hours: Working 14 hours a week
Location: Merseyside
Start date: Late September 2024/October 2024

Our client is seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to our School in Business & Professional, who has a genuine passion for the subject and excellent subject knowledge. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range of students aged from 14 19 and adults. There will also be evening work involved with this role.
The ideal candidate for the Lecturer of Computing will have
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Professional certifications in computing (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) are advantageous.
- Experience in teaching BTEC/T levels or equivalent vocational qualifications in computing.
- Practical experience in the computing industry is highly desirable.

- Working - 14 hours a week
