  • We are currently recruiting for MASH Researcher to join our Early Help team on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2025.

    About the role

    The Early Help MASH Researcher will be part of the wider Early Help Triage Team. This is an existing position which involves gathering confidential and sensitive information from our Early Help database to support MASH enquiries being undertaken. These enquiries are required to enable a multiagency team to ensure effective decision making resulting in the most appropriate response to support families with the right intervention at the right time.

    About you

    The post holder must have excellent communication skills and be able to illicit information from records. It is vital the post holder can work within a fast-paced environment and work within tight deadlines. The post holder will need to be able to record information clearly and accurately and have a good knowledge of ICT use. It would be beneficial for the post holder to have an understanding of Early Help.
