Temp, on-going.
Up to £36 per hour.
The role.
You will be working within the college department, supporting, teaching and training 3x groups of level 1 learners with multiple trades. You will be responsible for assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.
The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals who work within trades such as in Joinery, Painting and Decorating and Plastering/ Brickwork that have transferable skills across the multi-trades at L1. The individual will also ideally have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational, and knowledgeable in the subject area to educate and inspire learners.
Have you got what it takes?
- A level 3 qualification in a trade Qualifcation.
- Ideally hold a teaching/assessors award.
- Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
