About the Role
Peterborough College is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our team for the new academic year starting in August 2024. This permanent full-time role is perfect for an industry professional who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in plumbing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to students from Level 1 to Level 3 in Plumbing.
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet diverse learning needs.
- Contribute to curriculum development and ensure the course content is current and industry-relevant.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and other college activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive industry experience in plumbing.
- A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential; candidates must be willing to work towards obtaining one.
- A commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.
