With both domestic and international reach, their research spans qualitative, mixed-methods and is evolving to include cultural insights and semiotics.Their portfolio is split across commercial and social purpose work. Over the years, theyve worked with big names such as Apple, Meta, Channel 4 as well as on projects around mental health, sustainability and inspiring more inclusive experiences for communities.They have a business model that is ethical; their commercial work allows them to deliver a significant level of discounted work for non-profits and invest a proportion of their profit in ideas for social change.The Role:As their portfolio strengthens with new and existing clients, they are looking for a Qualitative Director to help in this next stage of growth; helping to win and deliver market-leading work.For this role, we are looking for a commercial qualitative Director with 7+ years agency side who is experience across the full qualitative suite, particularly f2f qual as well as international/multi-market. A lot of their work is focused on behaviour change, brand and communications. Experience with cultural analysis and techniques is a big bonus, as they look to develop their offering further.This is a full service role where you will be hands on with design and delivery, proposal writing, team management and leading client conversations.
