Responsibilities
- Responsible for executive candidate search to cope with the clients' business expansion and recruitment needs globally, especially in APAC and EMEA market.
- Understand the market trends and provide professional consultancy service to clients and candidates to build a long-term relationship.
- Manage full spectrum of recruitment services, including but not limited to meeting clients and candidates, understanding clients' needs and job requirements, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting suitable candidates to clients and further job interview, offer arrangement and CV formatting etc.
- Achieve business target and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to increase sales revenue.
- Work closely with Consultant to assess candidate's profile to determine their suitability to client's job requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder, with major in relevant sector preferable. Past experience in recruitment industry or relevant industry sector is a plus.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
- Driven by exceeding targets and confident in undertaking business development mandate with multi-tasking skills.
- Possess excellent presentation and influencing skills with ability to advise client and candidate at all levels in a professional manner.
- Excellent command in English is essential and fluent in Chinese business language is an advantage.
