About the Role:

We have an opportunity to hire an additional Recruitment Researcher who will be committed to finding top talent to delight our clients by utilising advanced sourcing techniques and pre-screening processes to identify and attract the best candidates for our clients.


Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilise recruitment ATS, CV databases and job boards to source potential candidates.
  • Research target organisations
  • Employ Boolean search techniques to refine and optimise candidate searches.
  • Keep abreast of new sourcing techniques and tools to improve efficiency.

Pre-screening Candidates:

  • Contact candidates via phone and email to assess interest and to book screening interviews.
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
  • Provide detailed notes and recommendations to the Recruiter.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for various positions.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate data on target organisations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Team and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Work with our service providers to get the best out of our researching functions.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and confidentiality.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Researcher or in a similar role.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using UK recruitment CV databases and job boards.
  • Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident over the phone and can build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • A working knowledge of GDPR and data management.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.

This role is ideally fulltime Mon - Fri (37.5 hours) with a min of 3 days working within the office or Part time min 30 hours per week could be considered.
