About the Role

We are looking for a Researcher to join our team and play a critical role in driving recruitment projects through market intelligence, industry research, and talent mapping. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who enjoys research, data management, and digital marketing to support recruitment operations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Industry & Market Research

  • Conduct in-depth industry research and market mapping to support recruitment and business development.
  • Identify and track emerging trends, competitor analysis, and talent movements within key industries.
  • Build comprehensive market intelligence reports on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Analyze company structures, reporting lines, and organizational hierarchies to support executive search strategies.


2. Talent Mapping & Recruitment Research

  • Develop detailed talent maps to identify top candidates for specific roles and industries.
  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other research tools.
  • Create target lists of companies and candidates based on client specifications and industry insights.
  • Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future recruitment needs.


3. Recruitment Operations & Database Management

  • Manage and update the candidate and client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Track and document candidate interactions, job applications, and client communications.
  • Develop and maintain candidate reports, progress updates, and research insights for consultants and clients.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions, candidate summaries, and client reports for recruitment projects.


4. LinkedIn & Digital Marketing

  • Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential candidates and clients.
  • Manage LinkedIn job postings, company updates, and engagement strategies to build brand awareness.
  • Conduct content research and contribute to social media marketing strategies for candidate and client engagement.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Analytics to track engagement and improve outreach effectiveness.


5. Candidate Engagement & Initial Screening

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for roles, including CV reviews and preliminary interviews.
  • Provide candidate shortlists with detailed research and analysis for recruiters.
  • Manage candidate outreach, ensuring a high level of engagement and responsiveness.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews with clients.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment research, market intelligence, or talent mapping is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize data effectively.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and research tools for candidate sourcing.
  • Experience managing recruitment databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for candidate engagement and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and LinkedIn content strategies is a plus.
